Son of renowned poet Henry Lawson.

This student was caught tonight assisting in an attack on A Block after dinner at 6:30pm.
He has already been expelled from A Block in residing there on account of his constant misbehaviour.

Mr J. H. Lawson H.D.A. had two years training the Hurlstone Agricultural High School & secured the Intermediate Certificate. He entered the Hawkesbury Agricultural College Jan 1916 & left Dec 1919.
He was awarded the First, Second & Third Year Certificates of Competency, the College Diploma & Burdekin Silver Medal as well as the Short Course Dairy Certificate. He took infinite pains to acquire a Good knowledge of Agriculture, Dairying & Live Stock. He is very patient and industrious, intelligent and trustworthy.
I may add that he established a reputation here for honesty of purpose. He always works hard to carry out a purpose.
After four years residence at this College it may be interesting to add that he has made many friends & secured the goodwill & esteem of his fellow student members, of the staff & myself.
