This series consists of 22 steel card boxes containing student cards dating back to the first intake of students at Hawkesbury Agricultural College.  The cards give information about the date of entry, religion, name of student, father's/guardian's name, and occupation and address, course undertaken and accommodation.  Some cards give details of exam results and clippings from the HAC Journal about a particular student and their whereabouts.

One box contains cards of those attending the Winter Schools for Farmers, 1907-1922 and is now registered as AS-695

Another box contains cards of World War I Returned Service Men who attended Short Training at HAC and is now registered as AS-774

Another box contains cards of Summer Schools for teachers 1906-1912 and Apiculture schools 1916 and 1922 and is now registered as AS-958 and AS-959
